Return Policy:
- Call Drybar Products Customer Service at (800) 646-4479
- Be prepared to provide the following information:
- contact information
- address
- order number (found on the packing slip in your original shipment)
- details regarding which product(s) you would like to return
- Customer Service may provide you via email a pre-paid shipping label
- Carefully pack the returned items and your original packing list in a shipping box and seal close
- Print the shipping label provided by Customer Service, affix it to the shipping box and drop package at the nearest FedEx drop-off location
- Once your return is received, please allow 14 business days for your credit to be applied to the original form of payment
- Customers not responsible for return shipping cost. Will be provided a pre-paid shipping label.
- Return window is 60 days from the date of purchase.
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
